Streamline and GALAVAN are a service of the Human Resource Development Council District IX. These services are managed by the GALAVAN/Streamline Advisory Board. The members of the board are:

In addition to the GALAVAN/Streamline Advisory Board, there are two other boards that focus on transportation (transit) issues in the greater Bozeman area. Those boards are the Greater Bozeman Transportation Advisory Committee (TAC), and the Public Transportation Stakeholders Advisory Board.
The Chairman of the TAC is Jay Winchester of Reach, Inc. The Chairman of the Stakeholders Board is Chris Budeski of Madison Engineering.
The meetings of all of these Boards are open to the public.
